Individual counselling is a type of therapy where I work one-on-one with you to address personal issues and improve your mental health. During these sessions, you can talk openly about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment. I will listen carefully, provide support, and help you understand and manage your problems.

Individual counselling can help with a wide range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship problems, and personal growth. The goal is to help you develop coping strategies, gain insight, and make positive changes to your life.
