Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a type of therapy that uses hypnosis to help people make positive changes in their lives. During a hypnotherapy session, the therapist guides the person into a deeply relaxed state, similar to daydreaming. In this state, the person's mind is more open to suggestions. The therapist then makes positive suggestions to help change unwanted behaviours or thoughts, such as overcoming fears, breaking bad habits, or reducing stress.
The person remains in control and can come out of the relaxed state at any time. The goal of hypnotherapy is to use the power of the mind to improve well-being and achieve personal goals.
