Psychodynamic

Psychodynamic therapy is a type of counselling that helps people understand and resolve their deep-seated emotional issues by exploring their unconscious mind and past experiences. It focuses on how early life experiences and relationships influence current behaviour and feelings.

In this therapy, the person talks about their thoughts, dreams, and memories while the therapist listens and helps uncover hidden patterns and unresolved conflicts. The goal is to gain insight into these unconscious influences, which can lead to personal growth and emotional healing.
